The location is simply outstanding. Walking distance to the finest restaurants, bars and shopping that Auckland has to offer. Viaduct harbour, Commercial Bay, Britomart, all at your doorstep. Fancy a day out on the harbour? The ferry terminal is easy access or if you yourself are a boatie, Westhaven Marina and Orams drydock can house your boat in your own backyard There is a bus stop conveniently located nearby for the City Link and Route 75, that can quickly take you to Queen Street, Auckland Hospital and Newmarket.

The apartment building is a close-knit residential community, so no parties are permitted in the apartment at all times during your stay. This applies to all residents, so ensures you will have a peaceful and quiet stay yourself.
Wynyard Quarter is undergoing revitalization with a number of buildings under construction, also the apartment building is located overlooking Daldy Street which is a regular bus route. Despite double glazing and being 3 floors up, you may still hear the hum of the city in the bedroom. This noise hasn't been a problem for most of our guests, however if you are a light sleeper, perhaps this apartment won't be the best choice for you. We provide complimentary 3M E-A-R Classic ear plugs (Noise Reduction Rating of 29 dB).
Even though private and elevated, the apartment is located in a central city neighbourhood, so you will be surrounded by buildings and other residents. That’s not a downside, since the neighbours are generally a very considerate group of people, but you will be aware of their presence on occasion. Most people actually love it, since you will have a chance to meet locals and quickly strike up a conversation. Live like a local amongst locals and you will love your stay. Living in a close-knit community requires some basic rules to make things easier. We ask that you abide by these rules and that you are a considerate neighbour. By all means, live and enjoy yourself, just be mindful of noise and loud music both inside and out and you’ll have a fabulous time.

Our place is less than a 15 minutes walk or a $5-10 Uber ride to much of the central city, including Westhaven, Wynyard Quarter, Viaduct Harbour, Queen St, and Ponsonby.
If you want to catch a bus, CityLink and Route 75 both go right past the apartment building.
Free secure parking for one car is provided in the car park space located within the apartment building. There is direct access to the apartment from the car park (no stair climbing required). The maximum vehicle height is 2.1m. Please contact us if you have an overheight vehicle, and we will do our best to accommodate.
There are bicycle racks located in the car park.
